Don't get the panties in a wad sweating the small (cents) stuff. MM's are bouncing this around on a daily basis and will continue to do so until there is real (DOLLAR$$) value in the company...If what J.B. says is true then in sixty days, start your engines, because that's when we'll see if the paper hits..

the reason it didnt move is someone dumped a boatload of vtpi
on the market at the open.. good news is useless if the selling is there. They need more news, that was kinda fluff. TA looks a little better.. they need a contract or need to sell out
