Hi Susie and all,
A lot of leagues will use the card in at least 2 fundraisers...spring and fallball (Fallball is becoming very large)...and some if not all will use the card for allstars...we will use it for allstars...in my opinion allstars is alot bigger than the league as a whole in reguards to fundraising and is done YEAR ROUND...

1. lets say the league has 500 kids...okay lets say the league wants 20 dollars from each kid as a fundraiser, that comes to 10,000.
or around 5 cards a kid...regular league get 10 grand.

2. In allstars you have 8 teams of 15 kids (in Babe Ruth there is a team for each age group)...these teams need a lot of money...travel, tourny fees ,uniforms, baseballs, trophys, lodging, ect. to give you an idea my 10 year old team this year will need 12,000.00 dollars to attend all the tournys that they are invited to...we only carry 12 kids on this team...and it comes to 1,000.00 dollars per kid...they will sell a lot more cards as a team than the league will as a whole...either that or the parents have to come up with some serious cash..and i will bet you the parents push the Music cards real hard...my older son is 13 now and has been in allstars for the past 6 years and my 10 year old for the last 3 and never once have i or anyone else who has a child on these teams ever used there own money...it is always raised....do the math just for allstars and you will see what i mean.....Allstar parents are really gung-ho..
Sam
