Tomorrow morning's action may depend upon the macroenvironment, but I suspect it will be a negative one due to the 3-day weekend, Brazil and option expiry. Not to mention that the successful investors/traders always look for good excuses to remove chips from the table.

EPS of RMBS prior to 1999 yearend are not meaningful unles deviations are very drastic. The time table for RDRAM deployment (for PC memory)and allied infrastructure issues should be the only things that count.

PS: The sophisticated and wise investors will take advantages of these ups and downs.

Thanks for the site post. It is very helpful.
I am as guilty as the other bulls onthis thread. I bought into the hype surrounding RMBS and I went long with 2000 shares. Bought in at 65. Still, I will have a gain but losing $40k hurts like heck. What really hurts is that if I had done some research and looked at your site (or any other site with porohjected earnings), i would have realized that RMBS doesn't deserve to be at 100. My god, this compnay will earn $3+ in 2001. 2001! At $3, that's PE of 33 (similar to INTC). So, why pay 100 now (3 years before the fact)?

I will hold, probably write covered calls and try to recoup some of this loss. RMBS won't be back in the 80's let alone 90's for a very long time. Let's just hope we don't see 60's again.
