I assume, that like all good lawyers, Mr. Starr has competent deputies to whom he delegates many important tasks, just as I delegate tasks to the lawyers who work for me. In defending Mr. Clinton at all costs these are the types of errant analysis which just boggle my mind. In my professional legal opinion, the job he did was competent and thorough, maybe some would say too thorough. JLA
