To All: Late yesterday, Deutsche Bank Internet stocks analyst Alan Braverman downgraded his ratings on LYCOS INC, YAHOO INC and EXCITE INC from "buy" to "accumulate," due to concerns about valuation, his office told Reuters late Wednesday. He maintained his buy rating on AMERICA ONLINE INC. Also today Jefferies & Co cut its rating on Yahoo! Inc. to hold from buy. (Reuters 07:40 PM ET 01/13/99) Happy Investing
