Yo ! Tony! Company increased authorized share buy back in October 1998.. sec.gov LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES - - ------------------------------- "...In October 1998, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had increased its authorization to repurchase shares from 2,000,000 to 4,000,000 shares.
