No you are not missing any thing at all. In fact you found exactly what i did. That is why I posted that I was not going to buy at .56 I would wait untill I felt comfortable, I really wanted .25-.30 but the time for me was .375. I have spoken with the IR guy after the recent PR. He gave me much information about the web site and what they are planning to do. Currently they have a QVC/infomercial type of TV show that they do, to me it sounds kinda goofy..but that is not what i invested in. I invested or shall I say speculated in the web site. If shop tv can get their act together they could bring a much higher share price. But the way it is now we could still easily get back to .56, this is a documented price that they have proven to be possible. That is not what i am looking for I will remain in close contact with the Co. to see if I can get more info. I am in agreement with the diff. names of the Co. that kinda makes me wonder also. My opinion about the Nevada Incorporation is that Nevada taxes are much much less than the rest of the country, this also makes me worry as to their ethics (It is not illegal to be inc. in one state and have HQ's in another). I do not think they are in a death spiral or I never would have bought the stock, I think they are just getting into this whole net thing slowly to see if they like it. It is not like they are going to go broke tomorrow, they have been in business for five yrs. please let me know if you see any thing differently. freak!!
