NYC Weather Warns for Wall Street at The Open & Today! Icy Roads Sleet to Freezing Rain changed over from snow all night. Can hear it now, & my car is one solid block of ice (I live in the suburbs, glad I don't commute to The City, traffic at bridges & tunnels is bad, train delays too). Schools closed again so, kids online & on the phone may hinder local internet & phone connections. Possible power outages from ice damages. Predictions say it will change to rain later today as the ice-cold temperatures will rise and hover around freezing. This could affect the order-processing efficiency of brokers and markets utilizing live floortraders. My computer UPC (power-backup) just clicked as the lights dipped for the 4th time in this last hour. Any on thread planning orders for today, might like to know. Good luck to all, Joana
