Very interesting Mr. Chen. Do you think there will be a delay between the price of MW as it settles down tomorrow and the reaction of DBCC? In-other-words, will DBCC react tomorrow, or will it take a week or so for the cows to come home?

Why not use a price of $12 per share? That was what DBCC was
trading at 3 years ago! My point is everyone is picking a
convenient price to justify their case for the price of DBCC
to be lower or higher. Assigning a value to a stock is not
an exact science.

you forget to deduct tax $ if dbcc sell CBSMarket Watch stocks.

so it MKTW at 50, a share of DBCC worth $7 + $3.5 = 10.5 only
