Jens, you are correct it is still down from the open after the RS. I would have liked a press release that said Spencer has given up all control of the company and given up all control of management decisions. I just have no confidence in his style of running a business. I am surprised the volume is as high as it is. In terms of dollar amounts the trading is much higher than it has been before the RS. I just wonder if Spencer is warming up the printing presses. Maybe a lot of old investors in this company are buying it now hoping for a spike up so they can attempt to hit the break even point faster. But if Spencer starts printing more shares it will all be for nothing anyway. Sorry just negative on management. I want them to prove a lot to me at this point. Like absolutely no, none, zero dilution of this stock from here on.
