<<<Look at any service business...architects,layers. Ah, that's exactly my point:those sorts of companies---which earn only what they can get per hour,so they never get very rich--never go public>>>

Sorry again Charlie, just because your lawyer practice will never get very rich doesn't mean that quite a few lawyer practices are very rich, actually making MILLIONS of dollars. I know several attorneys that charge a minimum of $1,000 per hour.

There are some Accountants and Advertising Agencies that have gone public.

RRRR is not going to bill only on an "hourly" basis, they will be billing a "service fee" for up keeping the "home page" of customers.

I believe hospitals and medical practices are "service providers" and they have found that diversification around the country makes business sense for them.

Just look at all hospital chains, HMOs,etc., expanding all over the country; Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic opening "satellite offices" in Florida, and don't forget your own line of "ATTORNEYS" don't the major law firms have offices on major cities in US and abroad?

But as an after thought, do not take your time replying, since it is usually useless to try to convey a message to an attorney, I know they have their mind made up and will not pay any attention to facts.

Have a good day
