Just spoke to IR. I inquired about the rumored stock split and the guy I spoke to said that he would be very surprised if there was a split in the first half of the year. However, he also said that they would want at least 20 dollars before a split. So, I figure 20 dollars is not much of a challenge. Any thoughts. He also said the engine would be released earlier (early FEB) to ANNALYSTS and MARKET PEOPLE before the actual launch date in mid-feb. This strategy to me means that we can expect a significant rise in the value of the stock on the actual release date. JMHO Any thoughts?? MM

There will not be any news out until two weeks if lucky. I expect the next one at very late January. Like the 31st or so. BTW 1 o'clock buyup is starting.

John, are you aware of any major firms that have made a significant investment in an OTC stock before? I think we can all agree that if WCTI had reporting status, share value would likely be higher. Am I correct in saying that it is relatively abnormal for an institution to make a sizable investment in a company that has yet to file? Can you think of any companies off hand that have received such recognition? I assume that prior to its plans of getting a full listing near mid-99, WCTI will submit its initial sb-10 filing. Does anyone have any idea what the approximate time frame for this action is? I've heard rumors of this occurring in Q1, but it seems more likely to be done during Q2... comments anyone? TIA
