<<They've been talking about "new" customers for 4 Qs now...>> this is the first time i remember them giving indication that the new customers would be revenue positive within the quarter (towards the end) or following quarter. it would appear to be believable as their new product line is more market sensitive, more desirable. as for the cost of sales, i was of the understanding that there were some one time charges in the number which, of course, gives new meaning to production costs per unit/asp. i've put in a call to HMTT to discuss this. i don't own HMTT long at this moment, as we sold for a profit before earnings; but we will be buying back if the analyst that gave us the near $20 figure keeps his head (and some questions i have are answered).

IOM's relative numbers were up 18% from the previous quarter (jaz media related); but some of last quarter had to do with clearing excess inventory, although IOM's jazz numbers increased from Q2 to Q3, so it would appear that excess jazz inventory at IOM was cleared up in Q3. Of course, IOM manufacturers jazz media in a couple of places, so its hard to determine from HMTT's numbershow jazz media is actually selling without knowing the other production units at their other location. nonetheless, it's not negative that the jazz media numbers are up.
