As a post-mortem, I know you were confident about DBCC falling because of the valuation calculation and the history of a few other similar issues dropping after the spinoff IPOs, but what caused me to pause and not risk this one short (a 2nd time) was the fear that the public would not even consider valuation. How can valuation explain AMZN? eBay? I wouldn't have been able to sustain a DBCC at 45, 50 or 60 if I were in a short position. For that matter, how can valuation explain MKTW at 130?

Was it that you have the resources to wait out a DBCC at 60 or was it that you were pretty sure it would drop early on after the IPO?
