Michael, I agree. With annual sales of $33 million, it's not exactly
a knock your socks off takeover. I can see a takeover or merger
because of the talent available, but a cash offer would make more
sense.

Michael, some of my dreams have materialized before.<ggg> I bought ALYD for $23 in 97 and it went to $32 in one week. I still have those shares. :-(

Runner, I don't care who Prudential is picking; because, I am Sticking
with this horse. When the floodgates open and codes come rolling in,
Alydaar will be a player. The cost of remediation is also rising which
will be a big help for EPS.
