It seems the company released good news, resulting in substantial increase in trading volume, with minimal upward movement, culminating in a net gain of zero. The trading world of paradoxical results. The scenario suggests substantial underlying selling. Any insight into this situation?

Splits vs Authorized shares - Reverse is truly evil

In that case the reverse split is even more evil than I had imagined since that would allow for even more dilution without a vote using the prior authorized limit and the new lower post-split share count.
