But institutional investor holdings of SCNG has decreased in the past few weeks by 5 %, I hear. So I see a bear and a bull!

I believe they have some information, but are not sharing it. They, like myself, do not divulge info when asked not to. One source is very close to the company and has been instrumental in some "introductions" of prospective customers to SCNG. Wish I knew what he knows, but I respect his ethics. He is extremely confident in the future.
