That may be the case, but the best bet to go higher is if the banks follow suit and give a buy signal on Monday. Without the banks, we can rally, but not quite as far as otherwise. Beta will confirm by 4:00 today which is an excellent sign. I still get whips with a Beta confirm, but they are a lot fewer a lot farther between than without a Beta confirm. PS - Hat's off to Pat as well as GZ for calling today. This really did resemble 9/1/98. Nice call.
