Again, please read what I've written... The thread messages are being used as evidence in court. Not "literally" depositions..but depositions in nature none the less. Contradictory statements to those made on threads weaken one's arguments in court, and if they are denied after being proven to be those of the poster, that is perjury. in court quite explicitly implies under Oath eom z
