Pete;
I just sold what shares I held. It's like magic, to be able
to sell shares in a company that does not exist.
I tracked down the old Holly officers, they are now running
CWRC (go figure) and they refuse to answer any questions.
They referred me to their lawyers, who said that Holly doesn't
exist any more and they have nothing to say.
For long time lurkers, Bill Patrowitz (?) is now the CFO of CWRC.
The annual report indicates that CWRC's original 13 million
shares have now ballooned to over 50 mill.
CWRC may be a good short play if you can figure the next round
of shares being sold.

There is alot of smoke and mirrors here.

Holly buys and closes many companies but when it comes to
Country world, they close shop and jump ship.
Does any one know where Holly's 8 mill. share of Country world went?
