I'm just a lurker that pops up from time to time. I've been holding Axc stock since it before it got off the pink sheets. Sold some for profit and then averaged down again when it got down to the $1 and below level.

Hal, Ed, and Jubimer, I especially enjoy your posts. Most are wrought with good info and are usually quite thought provoking. There is one "theory" that no one has touched on lately. Especially with the increase in volume and price. Has anyone considered that maybe someone is accumulating shares with the idea of a buyout? It could be that with their patent holdings and what appears to be a premier DST system, low stock price, and a management that would prosper quite well from a buyout (given a good price) that could be a possibility.

All you that are techies seem to feel that all this company needs is the bandwidth to be able to provide on-request video. That type of capability would be worth quite a bit to a lot of different companies. There are currently several companies that are installing systems that I think will have that bandwidth that is needed. I'm no tech wizard but I believe that most of the fibre optics that is going in when married with IP will be able to handle the load. Level Three Communications (LVLT) is on a tear installing just such a system.

As long as everyone else was throwing out thoughts and theories I thought I'd just drop that one out there for discussion. If anyone wants to add to the discussion my question is what would be a good and fair asking price/share for the company? I like $12.50/sh.
Second question. Do you think Bramson would be willing to sell at this point?
