Spit it out, Spidey; are you saying Judge George threw out the case today?

so as you 'react' to the JUDGEMENTS tonto guy remember mitchell will be waiting for 29 january hearing to find out only no one will be there.

Let's see... judgment implies finality...

Finality would explain why you claim there is no hearing on the 29th anymore...

The Judge couldn't rule on behalf of AZNT unless the DTC were made party to the lawsuit, served, and showed up in court, which obviously has not happened...

So... sounds to me like you are saying in no uncertain terms that Judge George has dismissed the case!

you better have your good friend & on-the-scene reporter drop by to the chambers of judge george & ask him what he signed today. i will give you a hint guy. i told you about 18 dec... so as you 'react' to the JUDGEMENTS tonto guy remember mitchell will be waiting for 29 january hearing to find out only no one will be there.

At one point the 18th of December was the deadline AZNT asked the defendants to respond to the charges AZNT had leveled against them. If you are implying the defendants didn't respond and thus are in default think again. According to a Nevada lawyer I contacted, the Judge can't sign any default judgment unless AZNT files a Notification of Default Judgment and sends copies to the parties involved. AZNT never did this. In other words, Judge George can not rule on something he doesn't have before him. Of course this whole discussion is moot (at least to anyone with common sense) as I'm told all the Defendants responded in time. That's why the hearings are proceeding as scheduled, the next one being 1/29. If, as you state, AZNT does not plan to show up, I suspect they will be the ones in default.

Bummer. Try again.
