Jeff? Earlier today, our Hero Spugs spoke of a libel suit that, he suggested, AZNT was prepared to bring against us. As you know, I'm all in favor. I can't WAIT to meet my online friends, and, in fact, to spend as much as a couple of weeks together with 'em in Vegas! But let's forget my selfish pleasure for the moment. Think you won't be asked about Sweet Factory, for instance? Or about all those times you assured "newbies" that the 4mm shares of "stold" stock had been "returned"? You know, if this were made into a script, nobody would buy it. It's too crazy. The people that think the stock is a scam are presenting evidence from legal proceedings, and the defenders of the stock are yapping about alleged cross-dressing. Nah, no way would this get made into a movie. But it's pretty funny in real life. If I give an opinion, will Sr. Valdez threaten to sue a giant reptile from another planet? (cOUSIN SHORTY wants to know, his last BBQ victim just escaped out of the starboard airlock.)

In other words, Judge George can not rule on something he doesn't have before him. SO, your stating that Judge George DID NOT SIGN the default judgements??? I'm told all the Defendants responded in time. If your in denial about this, i can't wait to see how you repond when you are served in the defamation suit. The saga continues... On a lighter note.... The Judge can't sign any default judgement unless AZNT files a Notification of Default and sends copies to the parties involved. AZNT never did this. If you are saying First Concorde never received a Notification, you are correct. Now, you might want to check with the rest of the Defendants, then you will see the light. Tell me Jeffrey, what will happen when the freeze is lifted? lolol The only people to blame for the inevitable short squeeze, will be the shorts and the companies they have involved. I'm told all the Defendants responded in time. That's why the hearings are proceeding as scheduled, the next one being 1/29. Who told you this, Janice or Wellrich? Both are poorly informed!!
