colin, my 2 cents: im being cautious with navr due to the lack of hard commitments by the company. ive owned this stock 8 times between $5 and yesterday, and sell it all each time it goes up 2-3 points. i know many here are fully committed to holding, and i respect that approach, however, if the ipo info isnt forthcoming, the stock will drift down. if the ipo is formally delayed or put off till next quarter, we will see 7-8 again, IMO. if a firm date is announced when im not holding the stock, i may miss a few points, but thats fine with me since my current approach protects me from losing 7-10. just like dbcc, the current price is assuming the ipo is near-term, however with dbcc, the real run didnt occur till the info was well-established, ie, 3 weeks before the actual announced date. best of luck!

All we need is one news release or proof of filing for the IPO and off we go.....................

The stream of news recently regarding management placements leads one to believe that the filing information is forthcoming coupled with the comments made by the CEO on Live TV ( cnbc this past month)

NAVR having 50% ownership in Netradio once it IPO's makes me believe that the runnup that will insue will have a much more crediable stance then the recent run made by DBCC< which BTW had to be one of my all time best Short position trades in over 3 years of trading.

Looking forward to this one, both long ( currently long) and short !!!!

Come on CEO FILE THOSE PAPERS ..............
