BM, I agree with you for the most part. What I find a little frustrating is that the company doesn't seem to be learning from past mistakes, at least as regards PR and how to handle it. I also have a general sense that with regards to PR, the company is giving far too much authority to the attorneys. Let PR writers write the PR; let the attorneys review and comment. KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THE ACTUAL WRITING. And, do it right the first time. This clarification stuff is ridiculous. That said, I agree with your conclusions about the implication of the information contained in the PRs, though I don't believe that Digitcom necessarily has the minutes "in the bag" so to speak. I do believe, however, that they are very confident they can get them. Let's hope they're right! Have a good weekend. Looking forward to the games tomorrow. GO VIKINGS! Rick
