"A practicing Jew?" You are correct, Nihil. Every practicing Jew is antichrist, because to be a bona fide modern Jew, one must accept the teachings of the Talmud and rejct Jesus. Modern Judaism has been the chief breeding ground for antichrists for the last two thousand years. Your own repetition of their blasphemous myths and fables about Jesus shows that their teachings even influence the minds of secular Jews. You may blaspheme as a joke to stir Christian emotions, or you may do it simply because it gives you great pleasure to heap hatred on Christ and Christians. Whatever your motivation, the practice of blaspheme the Divine Son of God is a very shameful practice. There are, of course, many antichrist who are not Jews. The Holy Spirit has revealed that the spirit of antichrist can be identified by looking at those who reject Christ.1John 2 22: Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist , that denieth the Father and the Son. 2John 1 7: For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist . 1John 3 3: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist , whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 1John2 18: Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists ; whereby we know that it is the last time. The rejection of Jesus is the rejection of reality and truth. The New Testament historical documents were compiled mostly by Jewish disciples who were eyewitnesses of the actions and words of Jesus. They were willing to hold to their words even unto death. How could their eyewitness accounts benefit them? Their accounts caused them to be rejected and persecuted by their own people, and later to be killed by the pagan Romans. If these accounts were false, don't you think they would have changed their stories to avoid this persecution? Their eyewitness accounts would be very compelling testimonies even in a modern courtroom. An honest and carefull reading will reveal the truth and reliability of the New Testament. Compare the simple straightforward testimonies of the Jews in the New Testament with the rabbinical fables and myths presented in the Talmud, and, assuming you are seeking for truth, you will find that Jesus is the Son of God and promised Messiah of ancient Israel. May the Lord Jesus give you wisdom and understanding according to the desires of your heart. Emile
