Doug:

I agree that investing in BB stock is painfully difficult to be successful at. Exercising discipline at the right time has escaped me often to say the least! Buy when nobody is around, and sell when the herd runs thru the middle of the street (at least some of your position!). Right now, we are betting on the personal success of one man and his work. An interesting proposition indeed!

Finally, getting listed on the main Nasdaq board would be a monumental accomplishment (even the small cap list). It is obviously a worthwhile goal, if nothing else its a step out of the market maker world where a co can get trashed and hurt for no real reason. Maybe others would like to comment on the requirements for making it to the Nasd- my understanding of these requirements are that they are tremendous. And, and I hate to do this, but maybe the timing would not be out of line (I think?) to consider a reverse as we enter a new corp. structure as M. John described. I'll probably get flamed for that, but the low price CBNR is at right now is a looong way from what I know about nasd minimums?? Maybe someone else has a different view?

Anyway, glad to be here for the trip. Here's to our mutual success!
