offshore accounts..Turks and Caicos Island...etc... are notorious for laundering money and other asundry things

When I was at Cambridge I had a professor that use to be a law enforcer..I think with Scotland Yard and still consulted for this kind of thing and learned all kinds of stories...most of the details I have forgotten but some day I will have to dig out

there was an interesting one where the people from some country..maybe India(i think that is where it was from) were only allowed to take so much money out of the country. this money in no way would pay for Cambridge
so they devised a system of using a currency..dollars I think... and putting ink stamps on them
and that currency would then be worth so much and you go to some broker in England and exchange it
So if you find some of your money with weird markings..it may be part of this kind of scheme

and lots of money laundering goes on at casinos as well...

and if anyone here knows of anyone who has ever done a successful arbitrage with letters of credit or gic's with an offshore bank..or even an american funding source.. to fund some kind of deal...perfectly legal....let me know...most I have seen have been scams and for the ones that I couldn't define as scams I could never see that it was ever done...except perhaps between the banks themselves. I have letters from all over the world about this but have yet to see one done successfully. If you have contact me.
