Brady, I lack the monetary resources to create an integrated store based on affiliate programs. As I've already stated, I feel that would be a very big undertaking, and also one that I am not certain has a great deal of merit. I do feel, though, that it would provide a superior shopping experience to that which is provided by BFL.

I also, don't feel that throwing-together a bunch of affiliate programs under a set of framed pages is terribly useful or likely to be very profitable.

I'm not "complaining". I'm commenting on the company's products, which should be one of the central things that we discuss here. Don't you agree?

I commented on this aspect in particular - the integration (or lack thereof) of shopping carts - because some statements have been made here in the past that would suggest that BFL *does* have integrated shopping carts. One individual PM'd me with a link to a press release from the company, which they were sure indicated that BFL had a single shopping cart. (I think they mis-interpreted that press release, which did reference "shopping cart services". My best guess is that they have some means of providing shopping carts for those retailers that don't already have their own.)

Clearly, though, THEY DO NOT provide a single shopping cart.

Don't you think that if we are going to discuss the company and their business plan, that we should understand clearly just what their service does and does not provide? I feel this is very important in understanding their competitive advantages and disadvantages.
