Some Simple Rules:

1. Always buy after the 10:00 am pullback. Buying at open on a gap will put you behind for the day. One exception is on a news release where you have a good feeling the stock will have legs and run.

2. Never chase a stock. Set a limit on the price you are willing to pay within a reasonable range.

3. Never place a market order to buy. The mm's will hand you your ass on a silver platter with all the fixins. Remember, nasdaq is the biggest scam ever. They have their own printing press.

4. Mental stop losses work well if you are only in it for the day. Occasionally mms will run a price down just to clear all the stops for the day in a particular stock.

5. Get on a good trading system. MBTrading.com seems to be the best thing going.

6. LevelII, mt98.com.

7. It is always best to have as many sources of income coming in as possible. For traders, this is especially true. If you can trade without being reliant on the returns for rent/mortgage, you are ahead of the game.

8. Never daytrade your entire portfolio. Leave at least 75 percent in quality stocks which you can rely on.

9. Paper trade first. Watch others on boards and get a feel for how fast things move. You need to be as conservative as possible with your money.

10. Don't get discouraged when you loose a little money. If you are still up overall, you are in good shape. Naturally, the highs of a gain are better that the lows of a loss.

11. Never short an internet stock. You will get creamed and they run way too fast in either direction.

12. Never hold a short overnight.

This isn't a penny stock, but it moves faster than one.

APLX---Price = $6 7/16 up from $5 at the open on Tuesday!!!

Earnings will be released after the close on Jan. 26th and the estimate are of $.05. Rumors I have
heard are that earnings will be more like $.07 or $.08 !!!
The charts are showing a strong few months (at least) for APLX!!!
All you have to do is look at the latest news on APLX to find out that it's a steal at the current
price!!! Here are some news articles:

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

Just check out the APLX message board for more info at:

messages.yahoo.com.

This website tells how Applix may be HUGE in a few years!!! (It's a quote from a Microsoft
technical guru)!!!

linuxtoday.com

APLX bigger than MSFT?

There are also many charts I have seen that show that APLX is a STRONG BUY but I don't feel
like posting them right now.
Don't forget that APLX is also coming out with new products in the future that will be BIG and
bring in plent of REVENUE !!!

New Price Targets (Figures based on news releases and future expectations):

end of Jan. = $8.00- $10.00...Oops, looks like APLX may reach this before the end of this week!!!
1 month = $10.00-$12.50
3 months = $17.50-$20.00
6 months = $25.00-$30.00
12 months = $35.00-$40.00
18 months = $42.50-$47.50
2 years = $50.00-$60.00

If everything goes as planned APLX will easily reach these price targets.
