Author of that article is stupid to assume and write something like that, even before announcement. That is why these are writers and analysts are ANAlysts. They don't have a clue what it takes to run a growing business with vision. If you read into every article like this one you will never buy any stocks.
It's the Forbes article that turnd me off in 1996 about CSCO. It was so bad that they went on to say that Cisco was company in trouble and depicted CISCI as colection of a dozen garbage acquisitions and employees do not get along with each other. A year later you find that these were bunch of idiots who like writing negative stories get publicity. I would have bought a ton of CSCO had I not read that Forbes article in 1996.

When LU executes and dictates to the telecom world how to build next generation networks, same idiots will praise them and criticise CSCO.

Never get excited by these articles. FYI Battle has just begun. We shall see who wins. May be there will be more than one winner here since it is going to be 600 billion of buildout in next 5 years. Just like DELL, CPQ both won the PC markets. LU and CSCO might both do well.

Regards,
BR.
