Hello Frank. Here we live in an unbelievable information age and then you are suddenly reduced to primitive life again. After I posted to you I was so tired, after 2 sleepless nights, that I headed straight for bed and did not get up until noon. My son and the grandchildren had ventured back here in the morning and I got the first play off game in and bang: Electricity gone again. There was a major sub station explosion in our area with a fireball shooting to heaven and this thing on fire. But we got lucky this time around, so far at least, only a 6 hours outage. Cable TV is still out so I started up the cpt to check the thread. I guess there is not much you can do with ice storms but I hope they are ready for the year 2000.

I will answer the other posts in the morning.

Yes, Msft and a lot of other stocks should be splitting pretty soon.

Brazil talk still looks decent at this time.

With your worry I can't believe that you bought another 1oo AOL. But I know it's tempting. As I mentioned to you on Thursday: I bought another 100 shares myself. Let's hope we are not glutton for punishment. gg.

Alright. Now that I can see where my mouth is I guess I will eat something. gg.

Talk to everyone in the morning if I have power. That reminds me. I am glad that I don't have any Pepco stock. BG&E may not be a beauty at this time either. But, on the other hand, it may not be bad. At least lots of customers were not able to use electricity. That should be some savings. But boy oh boy. Lot's of overtime. Help arrived from all kinds of States. Hope my electric bills will not be affected too much in the future. gg.

Well, I guess I used up enough space with all this. I have not read the other posts yet but can see what they are about. I have not even mentioned any horror stories. I kind of made light of it all but believe me, there are plenty stories people will be able to tell. I have heard talk that this was the worst in over 140 years. Lots of people still have not power from the first time around.

Our street looked like it was a war zone.

Sonny

3) The only wild card for the week is MR. Greenspan speaking Wenesday at 10:00 a.m. to the House Ways committee
