Much ado about nothing

It's just the optioned stock that was approved by shareholders at the last meeting that is being registered.

Amazing coincidence regarding the numbers being the same as the Integrion warrants, but next time I will look before I leap. Or at least check with my partner first, before posting

>>>who has the say on what Integrion does with these shares.

Good question. First, with the major re-organization of Integrion, I wouldn't be surprised to see the warrants become an issue at a later date. I believe all the member banks of Integrion have an equal investment in Integrion, except for IBM who has a much larger investment. Some of the banks will leave Integrion, how this effects the warrants we will just have to wait and see (my guess is that they will just let the warrants sit and collect dust). I also wouldn't be surprised to see IBM leave Integrion.

Benny(IMHO) :-)
