I have mixed feelings about this - but no matter what happens, I think the current presidency (small p) is finished as far as doing anything for - or against - this country. And that is good. The volatility will probably occur again as you noted, but when people realize that the current presidency (small p)- Slick or Gore - will be introducing no new spending programs, an eventual calm will return. Let's be thankful our Constitution will prevent Hillary from taking over the current presidency (small p). Paul
