All,

NAVR management will not hesitate to get the IPO done. Remember in about Sept. when the IPO market just dried up overnight. With the financial markets moving at lighting speed they cannot take the chance that an IPO market will be there for Netradio.com or anyone else. If you watch, most IPO's are for less than 5 million shares and priced less than $15. This one will probably me less than that at the beginning when they file. As the underwriter gets in offers he will raise the price (as DBCC) and maybe the amount of shares.

IMO, we get two pops. One when they actually file the SEC papers and the next one a week before the actual pricing week. Because of the small float of NAVR it will rock.

With NAVR at $18, what would Net.Radio's IPO have to be worth to hold at this level assuming that the float would be 2.25 million shares.
