I am going to take a stab at this with the understanding that I have no idea what I am talking about.
OK, assuming that the pre-runup price of NAVR was about $5.50
and assuming that NAVR owns 85% of NetRadio
and assuming that there are now about 13.5M outstanding shrs
and assuming that there are 2.25M shares in the IPO
this is my guess:
2.25M X 85% = 1,912,500 (NAVR's share)
13,500,000 / 1,912,500 = 7.05 (IPO vs outstanding shs)
$18 - $5.50 = $12.5 (already runup)
To sustain the +$12.5 already in the price, you would need each share of the IPO to runup and hold at aprox $88.2

OK experts, pick this apart because I'm trying to get a handle on this myself.
