yields: I for one do NOT believe that IMON post. The Jan. 11 SEC filing puts the total shares outstanding at 11.5 million. The company has only authorized a total of 20 million shares, per the same filing, so there couldn't possibly be more than 20 million outstanding without an additional SEC notice of some sort (could there?) The guy who claims to be the IMON CEO has posted on Yahoo that the total float is 12 million, which I assume is just rounded up from 11.5 million. Personally, I suspect the preferred holders converted a lot to common -- 1.2 million at the max, which would bring the total outstnding to about 12.7 million.

Anyway, I don't see any way the float could be over 30 million. Do you?
