It can if its through a conversion...and if it is it wont be reflected till the next filing.....you have to admit the volume says 30 million easy.....

I read it as the 20mln is already outstanding. There have been no share count filings with the SEC since the last 10q in Nov, 98. With the trading on Friday, it's the only way to explain the small move (granted 200% isn't bad), but there has got to be more than a 12mln outstanding and it doesn't help that the preferred are unloading into it. Not sure how the Yahoo poster gets to 30mln though.

Barb, do you really think this can hit double digits? I'm planning on shorting the pop on Tues AM.
