Crazy Canuck, I have said since the start up of e-commerce that the second wave of takeovers will not necessarily other e-commerce sites but delivery services to secure lines of distribution.It is one thing to sell it on-line and another to get it to the consumer in an expeditous manner.These lines of distribution are the weak link in the e-commerce way of doing business and without control of that aspect the company who provides on time delivery will get the repeat customers and prosper while the competition may fade losing market share. This will reflect in share price and then you will see consolidation of e-commerce sites. Not before...FWIW. OSPREY
