Steve,

I have to say that the Folbot that I saw last year was a marvellous looking craft. It seemed very stable as it was of a comfortable width. It seemed quite maneuverable too. The only thing that I can't tell you is just how tough it would be. The material seemed tightly woven and very taut... but I cringe slightly to think of what coral might do to it. But you never know... some of these materials are very tough (I'm thinking of kevlar of course... and perhaps the composition of the Folbot skin is actually tough).

I'll think about a few places where you might find more info about Folbots. In case you don't have this already, here is the URL for their website.

Steve Re : Folbot
I've talked to Folbot on the phone and they told me
that I could buy one and try it out and if I didn't
like it I could return undamaged for a full refund.
