btw, if you just open it up in your browser as opposed to saving it on your disk...can it still get you..I suppose so..

The virus requires you to authorize a certificate first. If you're
stupid enough to click 'OK' in a window that explicitly warns you
about the possible consequences of your action, then you deserve
to have your files mutilated :-)
