Several of the problems I reported a while ago have still not been fixed. I agree with you about holding their feet to the fire. If we are hearing about customer problems from just the few on this thread, you can be sure there are many more we are not hearing about.

Sounds like they continue to have problems with postage pricing as well.

Are issues with the current site expected to be fixed or is the Cohesive site expected to be the fix?

I believe that with the timing of the BR fundraising campaign, we can expect a significant number of new visitors to the existing site. If they have any less than satisfactory experiences, I would expect that to affect the reload rate for these customers and also resales to the BR kids as they come around again in future fundraising effort.

I have to believe that management would realize this and fix significant problems while avoiding impacting the schedule for release of the Cohesive site. Needs to be a balance, I would think.
