NEW YORK -- TimeCorp Systems, a unit of Hewlett-Packard Co.'s (HWP) Verifone Inc., agreed to combine its visual labor management software with PeopleSoft Inc.'s (PSFT) HRMS application.

In a press release Monday, TimeCorp said the combined product includes a human resource refresh process which sends employee data from PeopleSoft HRMS software to TimeCorp VLM software. It also contains a pay update process which passes the pay information generated by TimeCorp VLM software to PeopleSoft Payroll software.

The system has been installed at 1,200 JC Penney Co. (JCP) retail sites.
