This was posted on RB by SGCR-------Received official word from John. There is no deal with All-Tech Investment Group. Insider Trading had looked at this company but decided it did not meet the high standard that PanAmerican Bancorp is looking for. There will be several positive press releases coming soon. An interactive shareholder meeting will be held within 30 days along with the unveiling of the new PanAmerican Interactive web site. There are several new major developments that will be discussed through this shareholder meeting. (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- long; ST Rating- strong buy; LT Rating- strong buy)
