I agree with you 100%- I ordered some Cd's for Christmas as presents - a week later I called to verify as I never received a confirmation - I was told the cd's were out of stock(and I'm expecting them for Christmas - lucky me). I was so exasperated at this I cancelled everything (including my card). No excuses for this from any company - especially when I'm an investor. Amy THEN sent me an e-mail explaining that it will be fixed on the new site - how many customers have done the same? Word of mouth is a double edged sword - good service or bad, the word gets out. Believe me I've thought about bailing out altogether - and please noone tell me to take a hike - this kind of service is bullshit and OUR money is on the line. Dennis
