Dennis, my goal is not to create negativity or for anyone to sell out their position. It is however designed to bring legitimate complaints to the board and especially those complaints that are repetitive in natuer that are apparently not being dealt with properly. Those are the problems that will lead management to those people that need to be replaced. Everthing needs to be fixed NOW. Unfortunately everything cannot be fixed at once but when a particular problem is fixed it should stay fixed. Be patient, only to a limt, but continue to observe and report through the thread i would recommend and when a problem repeats and rears its ugly head a second time then you should go for the juglar. Someone needs to be held accountable and probably removed. But to bail on your position I believe would be foolhardy at this early point in time. sword
