Saverio, I don't know what the truth is anymore. IMO, the market makers can make just as much commission selling the stock at .25 as they can at .11. The one thing that I find extremely discouraging is the promise of "excellent" news which is too often followed by "nothing special" OR nothing at all!

It was mentioned, in the AGM report provided by one of the posters on this thread, that Rob is working on a deal that will make a substantial difference in the company's value, and that it appears to be about 75% promising that the deal will close. I'd like to know some generalities of this deal. Is it the one involving the possible dibursement of 15 million more shares and a sale of 20% of Hotel de Health? or is it some other deal that he's suddenly come up with.

If it is the one that I'm referring to, then I'd like to know who's best interest does Rob have in mind for that deal? If it's not that deal than what "phenomenal" deal is he working on now, and to who's benefit?

Rob has told me so much about what's going to happen over the past eighteen months that not seeing it happen doesn't disappoint me anymore, it angers me.

This is why I've decided to pull out if I don't see substantial NR's over the next 2 weeks. Rob told me 2 weeks about 2 weeks ago, so I'm really giving him the benefit of the doubt here.

Why does the stock trade at such low levels?

For what it's worth I'll add my two cents! I would suggest it is primarily due to the fact that the stock is not in very 'strong hands'. It isn't exactly a vote of confidence when we continue to read (here) that investors are prepared to dump their holdings even if it means a loss. We need stability!

And unfortunately, we are all looking at this investment from different time perspectives. Just look back to the Summer when everyone thought their investments would skyrocket with the U.S. listing.

I would also suggest that the Canadian Unlisted Market doesn't help to build shareholder value. I hold stock in World Heart - now trades around $19 - back in July the stock was on the same exchange as Medical Resort - for months the stock didn't move far from $5.

I believe anyone that can see through the current situation and is still accumulating the stock at these levels will be the real winner.

Like I said just my two cents worth.

Whitey,
