Tom .. My 2 cents worth on the article (not on you): #1 Why can't people learn how to spell PeopleSoft? #2 I don't know whether this 'new' DB2 initiative also means a new DB2, but I have always heard DB2 is about the worst DB to work with and now that I have had a client with DB2, I don't particularly want to see it again. Maybe in a UNIX environment OK, but it has been a big pain in the ass (PITA?) working with it because of the mainframe environment and the old mentalities that come with it. Fortunately, I managed to avoid the worst of this in my role, but it is not easy to get certain things done compared to UNIX / Oracle. Raptor
