Just caught the tail end of a Telecom fund manager talking on CNBC and he mentioned COLTY as a great euro-telecom play. Yeeeea Baaaby.

TO Avariceman:    This just looked like a 12.1% move that hadn't yet been reflected in the COLTY ADR, therefore a pop of $8.50 needed to be digested when the US markets opened.   (For currency conversions this site is pretty commonly recommended:   xe.net .)
