Yeah!, I saw this article earlier today. Is this a deal ala Intel, where PTEC absorbs the costs of all technical resources and support functions and gets very little in return ?

Hope one of our resident experts (Jules are you listening ) will ask for additional details at the conference post earnings conference call.

On the surface it seems like a great deal and that the demise of SYSF and the acquisition of AWRD is starting to pay-off

Do you think just once you could announce what these deals will mean to Phoenix's bottom line? This Investor is getting frustrated reading positive press releases from Phoenix which somehow never show up in increased profitability.
